Being an older woman who knows nothing about vehicles, I went to TC Auto service for a bad battery. When I walked in I was warmly greeted and they were able to replace my battery while I waited. Great atmosphere, nice music and free wifi!!! Todd is really a nice guy who treats his customers like family and friends with a very upbeat, positive personality. I found myself laughing at some of the conversations!!! One included a whoopie pie. As for the service on my vehicle, I left there feeling confident in the new battery and would not hesitate referring them. T C Auto is a business that has that small town attitude where the customer comes first. It was a great experience. I am a customer for life!!!

Service was fantastic and they actually put customer service first over money. I called on some prices and they are less expensive, plus the attention to detail made their work exceptional. My front bumper was popped out for 5 notches on both sides. I could kick 2 in place but three holes always showed. I never said anything about it because I didn't want additional charges. I was surprised when I got my car back and they had fixed it without my asking--they just did it --no charge. I found that to be special and caring.

They were very friendly and went above and beyond when repairing my car. They were fast and had snacks for my children while we waited. Will def. go back with them.

Friendly & professional. At my first visit, They thoroughly inspected my car and updated me on the needed service. No pressure, just recommendations. At my second visit (today) I again noticed their courtesy and professionalism. What is usually an anxiety-ridden experience, from past encounters with auto maintenance, is now a feeling of getting great service and obtaining knowledge of what needs to be done.
