Awsome service in and out quickly...

This shop is by far one of the best in Corpus Christi. We purchased a used vehicle that did nothing but give us issues. We took it here due to the warranty that was given and from the reviews we read. Thank God we did! We dropped it off the first time for a diagnostic test and were first told the issues that were happening were caused by a bad turbocharger. Unfortunately warranty didn’t cover that, so we had to make some plans before we could get it fixed. The following week we had even more issues come up that caused us to have no choice but to take it back immediately to get it fixed. After letting them know what new issues came up we were told they’d do another diagnostic on our vehicle. Before the day ended they ended up finding the real issue to our vehicle that was causing all of not most issues. They quoted us a price since warranty didn’t cover what was needing to be fixed. They was in our price range luckily and we had them follow through with the fix. Before closing time we got the call same day that it was ready. Unfortunately on our way home out CEL came back on so we contacted them and right away they told us to bring it back and they would see what was happening free of charge since the light returned. Needless to say all in all it was an issue with our emissions that kept the cel on. While we were getting ready to take the car back to them, we received a call from THEM advising us of a program through the college that could help us get the issue fixed if the issues were due to emissions failures etc. they asked if they could take our car over to see if we would qualify if the issues were emissions problems, we we’re definitely intrigued but we were cautious. This day in age you never know what is and what isn’t real lol. We decided to give the green light letting them take it to be tested Friday morning. Sure enough that afternoon we were contacted saying we in fact did have an emissions issue and we qualified for assistance with the program who gave vouchers to help pay some in not all the cost to have the issue fixed. Couple hours later we picked up our vehicle and we’re told that we were covered and no extra payment was due. We couldn’t believe it. These guys went over and beyond for us and they didn’t have to. We can say these guys are BEYOND a true blessing for our family and saved us from spending money on something that we didn’t need to. Their prices are reasonable, the service is exceptionable, and will forever be a loyal customer with this shop. We still are in shock to say the least and I must add that my car drives BETTER THAN IT DID DRIVING OFF THE DEALERSHIP! Thank you TC AUTO SERVICE FOR ALL YOU DID FOR US!!!!!! Went by there for a contactless vehicle inspection...very professional and very prompt....I had never been here before but I'll try them out if I ever need something done.....

Very friendly. Very fast. Even offer a free shuttle home if you don't have a ride.

Opted to receive a $49 oil change coupon, through Facebook. I was a little skeptical, at first. 🤔 After, taking my vehicle in, I'm glad I went through with it. Not only did I get an oil change, I had my vehicle inspected,, as well. 👏 Fast, friendly & extremely professional service. I highly recommend TC Auto Service for your auto maintenance. 👍👍
