We as family took a weekend trip to the Sandpiper Condos, Port Aransas. My 2011 Dodge Durango would crank but wouldn't start after we had unloaded our luggage. Mind you this was on a Friday. We had the vehicle towed to TC auto repair the following day (Saturday). Apparently they mainly do wheel alignments and inspections on Saturday. I spoke with a representative, Luis who let me know that they do have their master technicians come in occasionally to run diagnostics on the weekend. I received a called back letting me know that it was the fuel pump. Explained to him that we were scheduled to return home Monday. Luis related to me that he would have 2 mechanics work on my vehicle Monday and that hopefully it would be ready by 5 pm. On top of that, they had to tract down the parts for the repair due to supply chain being affected by the pandemic. We checked out of the Sandpiper and had lunch at the water oyster bar. The vehicle was ready at 3 pm. That is what I called AMAZING SERVICE because they was accomodated us on such short notice. And the work is under warranty for 36 months.

The guys at TC were great. We broke down 1200 miles from home, and they fixed us up fast. They even helped with pricing when it turned out to be more complicated than initially expected.

Though I came in as a first-time customer wanting only a vehicle inspection, I was treated like a valued friend. This seems to be a very fine business and I will be back very soon to confirm that. 🏆

This was my second visit and I can say I trust taking my vehicle to this place. I'm a single mom and I'm back and forth out of town. The first time I brought in my vehicle they performed the engine control diag I explained to them what problems I was having. They went so far as to call given me detail to my understanding and sent pictures with a description of what's wrong and where on my vehicle. They literally took everything I explained and fixed it. This second time was ac wasn't blowing cold. I was concerned it would cost waaaay outta my budget. They performed the a/c diag and once again I received a phone call in detail by Mr. Luis loyo. And pretty much explained the problems and the solution to get it fixed and it all turned out great. I was right in the middle of moving things and its getting hot I wouldn't of been able to drive from Corpus to New Braunfels with no a/c and truck full of clothes and furniture. They were greeting me before I even walked in the building and they listen and actually focus on what you're saying about your vehicle becuse we're the one's that drive it . I thank them for that and if I have any more issues I will be stopping in . Once again thank you guys at T.C.
